Hi! My name is Nathaniel and I’m a robotics PhD student focused on modeling, dynamics, and estimation. I specialize in spatial representation methods, sensor fusion, and control systems. My work combines traditional physics-based models with machine learning approaches like PINNs. I care about understanding systems from first principles, writing clean and maintainable code, and building robots that work in the real world.
I'm a member of the Interactive Robotics Laboratory (IRL) at West Virginia University
